 Welcome Dr. Vincent Tat Pang Lin as Partner of listing services

We are extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Vincent Tat Pang Lin as Partner of listing services with effect from 1st April 2015. Vincent brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked for Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited between 1992 and March 2013. His last position was Senior Consultant to the Listing and Regulatory Affairs Division of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. During his service at the stock exchange, Vincent was involved in the vetting of a number of Mainland Chinese Enterprises’ IPO cases. He also worked on a number of Mainland Chinese projects, in particular, the establishment of the H-share regulatory framework, discussions on the re-designation issues of Domestic shares as H shares and A+H listing issues. Vincent has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and public offerings and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK. He received his Doctor, Master and Bachelor of Law from Peking University in 2009, 1998 and 1992 respectively and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Hong Kong Law at the City University of Hong Kong in 1993. With his extensive knowledge of the listing process and China experience, Vincent will be able to offer companies looking to float with insightful advice and help them to steer their way to a successful listing.
